Capital Programmes / Builder-Partner Service

A builder-partner across the whole scheme

We do more than support a single funding scheme. We act as the ICT builder-partner across the construction lifecycle, on School Rebuilding Programme schemes, Connect the Classroom, Free Schools, and Spec 21 and Spec 25 builds.

Programme experience

Broad scope, not a single scheme

Over 100 capital projects delivered across Free Schools, the School Rebuilding Programme, and Connect the Classroom, alongside Spec 21 and Spec 25 work. We take the full ICT scope as one sub-contract rather than supporting a narrow slice of it.

  • Structured cabling and active networking
  • Wi-Fi, server rooms, and hub rooms
  • audio visual (AV), access control, CCTV, and digital signage
  • Telephony, visitor management, print management, and devices

Workmanship

Standards you can see

Cabling and patching is where quality is won or lost on a build. A cabinet that is dressed properly is quicker to fault-find, safer to work in, and hands over cleanly. This short clip shows how our engineers patch a comms cabinet on site.

  • Each lead dressed before the next one is started
  • Consistent lengths, labelled and routed to the panel
  • Cabinets handed over with as-built documentation

The same discipline applies across structured cabling, containment and hub rooms, and it is what makes a Defects Liability Period quiet.

Patching a comms cabinet. 46 seconds, no sound, with on-screen captions. An engineer cuts, dresses and routes each patch lead in turn so the finished panel is uniform and easy to trace.
