E-Support - This is the second most important part of the module. Solutions to technical problems can very often be delivered by Remote Access, thereby saving the client unnecessary on-site support costs and delivering a more rapid resolution time for problems.

On-site Support - The final element of the module provides an engineer on-site, at a time the business requires. This service is charged by the hour at a fixed rate.

Health Checks

Health Checks form an important part of our ability to deliver a pro-active service to our clients. Typically carried out either monthly or quarterly, a predefined and customisable checklist of tasks is carried out to gather information for diagnosis and prevention of impending problems, and to ensure network efficiency.


System Monitoring (monITor)

Medhurst have a pro-active network system monitoring solution. This service provides 24x7 in-depth monitoring that checks a myriad of services on your network every 15 minutes .

Clients are informed of any faults or potential issues as they are detected. An e-mail or SMS message is sent allowing immediate investigation into the issue and, therefore, stopping them from becoming a major problem.  All clients benefiting from this service also receive a daily 'confidence report' every morning detailing the status of critical services.

MonITor can be deployed in just ten minutes , without the need for expensive training or hardware.
