As a support service our IT support Liverpool, IT Support Southampton and IT support Manchester services offers network support on different levels, depending on your specific needs.

As a start up service you can look at our IT support Liverpool, IT support Southampton and IT support Manchester basic support services. This service will provide all our clients with basic levels of support. The first line will be contact with our ‘support desk’. This is a telephone service where we will try and help you fix the problem over the phone.

Should we not be able to fix the problem via the telephone, the second line of our basic support services for our IT support Liverpool, IT support Southampton and IT support Manchester services will be the E-Support service. This means that our IT wizards will be able to get access to your system via a remote access function. They will go through the settings and set up functions to try and eliminate or fix the problem for you. This method is highly successful and is a great way of avoiding having technicians in your office, disturbing your personnel.

If both the ‘support desk’ and E-Support services cannot eliminate the problem, we will have to consider on-site support. This involves one of our engineers coming to your location and fixing the problem from there. For this service we charge a per-hour fixed rate.
